Ingredients

Crushed ice
1 small banana: Dishes up heaps of energy and potassium, essential for regular blood pressure and a healthy heart.
125ml freshly squeezed orange juice (about 3 small oranges): Rich in vitamin C, which helps make collagen needed for healthy skin.
2 tbs oats: Boasts soluble fibre that can help lower blood cholesterol; its low-GI ranking gives long-lasting energy.
3 heaped tbs natural yoghurt: Contains lactobacillus bacteria, which helps prevent bowel cancer.
pinch of cinnamon: Helps control blood sugar and stimulates brain activity.
1 tsp honey: High in antioxidants and immune-boosting compounds.

Method

Add all ingredients to blender and process until combined.
