  • ½ banana, frozen.
  • ½ cup sweet potato purée.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger.
  • ½ teaspoon all spice.
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom.
  • pinch of sea salt.
  • 2 cups almond milk.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
