Fiona Falkiner has been spotted working up a sweat after recently revealing she gained back 30 kilograms following her stint on The Biggest Loser in 2006.
The 33-year-old reality star was spotted working up a sweat at Sydney's Centennial Park earlier this month.
Of course appropriately dressed for her intense training session, she wore a black singlet top teamed with a pair of matching three-quarter leggings.
The blonde beauty's locks were pulled back off her face, and she had a pair of earphones plugged in as she continued working out.
Earlier this month Fiona revealed she gained a significant amount of weight after losing 30kg while on The Biggest Loser.
"I got to the point after the show, I wasn’t leaving my apartment during the day and I would go out at night and run in the dark so no one could see me," she told Wentworth Courier.
Admitting she began "emotional eating" during that period, she confessed: "I call it anxiety related bingeing, and I haven’t done it for seven or eight years".
Fiona says she eventually went to a health retreat and sought the assistance of a counsellor.
Fiona is now looking forward to fronting The Biggest Loser Transformed show, and says what she loves about the new format program is that it approaches weight loss from a mental perspective.
"It is not based on the numbers on the scale, but it is focusing on the mindset and getting contestants to realise its not about losing the weight but it’s about really prioritising yourself and the stumbling blocks that lead up to weight gain," she told the publication.
She will be appearing on the show alongside The Biggest Loser trainer Shannon Ponton.
