Eating lots of raw fruit and vegetables will flood your body with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants - then you can add junk food if you like, because your body is reasonably protected. If you don't eat enough raw fruit and vegetables, your would be wise to STOP eating the junk food if you want to see your grandchildren grow up. But humans have FREECHOICE, so as long as the taxpayer does not mind funding your hospital bed, then keep Junk food in your life.

I agree that Type A could benefit in a reduction of alcohol, sugar and caffeine - drops off the excess weight RATHER QUICKLY.....and you feel so light that you feel like going out and painting the town RATHER RED and getting into mischief.

Tell my father it's bull then, coz he had terminal cancer, changed his diet completely and beat the cancer without medical help, used the "Eat right for your blood type" book, so if it's bull then "Bull" saved my father.

I don't think there's a biological link between blood type and personality. And, where's the scientific evidence to prove these claims?
