The Full Moon (eclipse) today takes place at 7.21pm in Sydney, at 5.21am in New York and 10.21am in London. I'll be seeing it through in Malta, where it takes place at 11.21am. How you chose to spend an eclipse is up to you. Often I like to sit in a darkened room, light some candles and meditate my way through it. Today though I'm planning to go to the oldest free-standing building in the world - older than Stonehenge! Older than the Egyptian pyramids! It's a temple built to worship the GODDESS, named Hagar Qim, in Malta. How do you like that?!?!?! The Full Moon of course is a time of high feminine energy. So I'll be sitting in the ancient temple, getting in touch with some ancestors (my family comes from Malta)!

At the moment I'm reading Deepak Chopra's book AGELESS BODY, TIMELESS MIND and in it he states that when we have serious stresses and strains in our lives, they continue to reverberate and affect us body, mind and spirit long after they are over, if we don't deal with them. If there's something in your life which is driving you a little around the bend with frustration, anger or fear, now is the time to do what it takes to cry it out, work it out and/or let it out.
