Kris de Jong is the owner and director of Eclipse Life Coaching Ltd, based in Auckland.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and psychology from Waikato University. He has competed at the top level in sport and represented New Zealand in athletics.

He honed his coaching skills while working as a manager for a large organisation, and through his leadership roles with Toastmasters International. He has presented numerous speeches and seminars on life coaching concepts.

Kris focuses on providing practical and proven tools and strategies to help his clients get the life they want.
