Honey muffins

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Makes 12

¾ cup milk
¼ cup honey
2 eggs
340g White Wings Golden
Buttercake mix

Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a 12-hole 1/3-cup-capacity muffin tin with paper cases. Put milk, honey and eggs in a bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat until combined. Add cake mix and beat for 4 minutes or until creamy.

Step 2 Spoon mixture into paper cases to two-thirds full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cakes spring back when lightly pressed. Drizzle with honey and decorate, if desired.


Frozen flower pops

Preparation time: 10 mins plus
4 hours or overnight freezing time
Cooking time: 5 mins
Makes 6

2 cups milk
¹/³ cup honey
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp butter

Step 1 Put ingredients in a pan. Stir over a low heat until mixture thickens.

Step 2 Cool slightly, then pour into icy-pole moulds. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Store in the freezer.
