Ageing beauties are divided by a fixation with staying ‘forever young'. In one camp are those who've had cosmetic procedures to keep their looks. In the other are those who are ageing naturally - and the difference is startling!

Appearing younger than many of her cosmetically enhanced counterparts, Susan Sarandon, 62, doesn't knock women who go under the knife but wouldn't do it.

‘Anyone has the right to do as they like with their bodies. But I don't like it when surgeons take a perfectly lovely woman and turn her into this strange person with amazing breasts who looks like a female impersonator,' she says.

But other stars swear by plastic surgery to save face. So who looks best? You be the judge.

This is not about Plastic surgery but these ridiculous polls.
They should all have a who cares option which would probably win most of the time.

I am not afraid to look my age. I think an honest woman ages gracefully. There are always tell tale signs of age, wrinkles on the back of the neck and hands etc etc, you simply cannot fix everything. But if someone wants to do it differently thats their choice, its their body.

i think how far is to far when people start looking like dolls and you can't see the real them anymore i think thats when they have taken it to a whole new level . but everyone has a choice and thats the path they choose. nothing wrong with the old fashion way either about looking after ursef.

I belive it's not the way God intended for us. Anyway, it is their body, do what they want with it, but I think someone who has some lines on their favce and is going grey is more beautiful than..... Madonna, or someone who TRIES to age in reverse. Too much plastic surgery WILL take it's toll, too.

i have had minor alterations done and i loved the result alot of my family have had perminant opperations done and they look fantastic would have not realised how much better it inhanses your features its great and i recommend it to anyone as long as its done through the casi clinic or someone great
