1. Ice berries (such as blueberries). These can be sucked liked lollies, so it makes you feel like you are having a treat when in fact you are eating healthily.

2. Eat frozen yoghurt, not ice-cream. Frozen food is often associated as ‘treat' food, but yoghurt is a low fat, low energy snack so it is better for you than ice-cream.

3. Eat baked, not deep fried chips. Pita chips are especially good as they are lower in fat than potato chips.

4. Eat fresh. Fresh fruit and vegetables contain water that helps you stay feeling full.

5. Go Nuts. Protein also helps you stay full but don't eat more than about 10 almonds (6.5g fat) or three Brazil nuts (8.6g fat) because as well as valuable protein they also contribute fat.
