
1. Grilled tomatoes or field mushrooms are a great way to start your day with vegies.
2. If buying a juice, get one that is a combination of fruits and vegetables - there are some great tasting combos.
3. Take a raw carrot to work to munch on - or even a bag of baby carrots.
4. Make a big pot of vegetable soup and freeze it in bowl-sized portions for quick lunches you can take to work.
5. Make a crudite platter when you get home from work to nibble on. Include green beans, celery, raw carrots, snow peas and raw cauliflower. Make a low-fat dip as an accompaniment by blending cottage cheese, herbs, fromage frais and chicken stock.
