Mini garlic and parmesan rolls

Ingredients
  • 12 bake-at-home dinner rolls
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan
  • 2 tbs finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Ground black pepper,to taste

  1. Using a serrated knife, cut rolls into four even slices, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Spread butter mix between slices. Place on a greased oven tray. Cook in a hot oven (200°C) for 12 minutes, or until crisp.
