Shape Shifters

You don't need to hide your upper body if you have wide shoulders. Instead, look for balancing details on the bottom, such as a wide hem in a single, solid colour. A soft, rounded neckline further breaks up the line of wide shoulders.

If you have an apple-shaped figure, it's best to look for dresses with high necklines or thick straps. Wrap dresses that tie at the back or dresses with belts are best for your body shape. An alternative is to look for dresses that flare out in the bottom and have an A-line skirt. V-necks are flattering - just make sure they don't reveal too much cleavage.

A drop-waist dress, which hits somewhere around the hips, or no-waist shifts are good options if you need to disguise a thick waist.

Balance a full-busted figure by opting for a flattering V-neck. Or, if you need to add more volume on top, look for dresses with embellishments or detail on the bust.

Why would I want to disguise my shoulders? I like my wide shoulders! They balance my equally wide hips...

i would like to take this opportunity to voice my fashion choice which is the muslim hijab. women are unduly judged by their measurments, ethnicity, hair colouretc.when a woman is covered from top to bottom any stranger that talks to her and sees her this way is forced to deal with her intellect

I think that if we all ditched the clothes, no one would give a toss about what we all look like, I don't see rams or bulls being too fussy about which hogget/heffer they jump on in order to further the species, surely there are more pressing issues for us to consider?
