Recipe For Romance

Nov 16 02:30pm

Impress your date. Making a romantic dinner? We recommend these tips, courtesy of Doug Veith, co-author of Win Her with Dinner (Rodale).

Time it well. The third date is when the good stuff often happens.

Avoid surprises. Always clear the proposed meal ahead of time. Make sure she doesn't have any allergies or diet issues.

Improve the setting. Dress up your table with a tablecloth, cloth napkins, matching salad and dinner plates and unscented candles.

Play music. Match the music with your menu. For a classic Aussie dinner like Steak Diane, try Renee Geyer or Wendy Matthews. For an Italian supper, spin Paolo Conte. Obscure Norwegian death metal doesn't go with anything.

Remember dessert. To ensure that, at the very least, she'll leave with a good taste in her mouth.

It takes more than this to win a younger woman to bed.

That's just stupid! It doesnt always work like that and I personally dont think you have do. If you like someone and they like you, whats the point of spending money to impress one another when there company should be enough!!!

Because it's nice to romance someone you care about that's why. Everyone appreciates it when someone goes to an effort to impress them even if they've been dating/married for a long time.

OK.. can someone tell me how to get a first, second then a third date with a younger woman?..... lol
Usually in regards to an older man, younger girls are only after one thing and with many (not that its a bad thing).

Well, what are you each looking for, sex!! friendship, or good companionship? Give the same to your new friend the feelings and value you believe you value for yourself. Life will only ever give back the energy and truth you put into it.
