All-time favourite product: "There are too many fabulous products out there to have just one! But I am very partial to Bliss Spa fabulous foaming face wash. It exfoliates and cleanses all in one and your skin feels super fresh and scrupulously clean but never dry. I also love the smell."

The best skincare advice she was ever given: "Protect your face from the sun. Even though I love the beach, I always wear sunscreen on my face, plus a hat and sunglasses; so today I have far less wrinkles and pigmentation issues than I would otherwise have."

Her top 3 beauty tips:

1. Get some oxygen – "A little exercise in the morning and your skin just glows all day – plus you feel great too."
2. Clean skin – "An artist always starts with a clean canvas and so should you. With all the pollution and dirt out there, make sure you gently cleanse your skin twice a day so anything you use afterwards gets in there and works. Nothing too harsh though, remember your skin needs to last a lifetime!"
3. Use blush – "A touch of colour on the cheeks, highlighting the face, gives you an instant pick-me-up without really wearing makeup. It's a quick, easy, instant healthy glow."
