For weeks now I've felt like my already very tender back was on the verge of collapse.
You know that feeling, the one where you're in competition with an elastic band to see which one of you can wind yourself up tighter.
Despite bending and stretching to within an inch of my fibres, nothing could ease the tension - until now.
It all started when I heard Sienna Miller being quoted as saying that the Elemis London Day Spa was "the next big thing", and considering I honestly think that I'm on a first name basis with all the celebs, I thought it was my duty to suss out what the fuss was about.

While London may be a little out of my reach, The Four Season's Hotel in Sydney was definitely not.
So, I headed there to get the star treatment and work on the art of relaxation - Sienna style.
I was in for a huge treat that came in the form of "The Sydney Four Seasons Signature Treatment" - designed exclusively by Elemis HQ in London (apparently Sienna is obsessed with this).

For 90 minutes, my feet were cleansed, my body was brushed, my back was massaged -with hot stones and without, and my face was well, 'facialed' (I know that's not actually a word).
In an hour and a half all my aches and pains had vanished, my back was feeling positively knot free and my skin was glowing.
So, if like me, you're not one to relax on your own and you need a bit of a nudge in the right direction, treat yourself to the best 90 minutes of bliss money can buy.

Logon to Four Seasons website or http://www.elemis.com.au for more info.
Lots of love and lipglosses,
Yaz xxx
