1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Put ½ cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup fresh finely grated coconut, 2 Tbsp plain flour, 125g chopped glacé fruit, and ½ cup toasted flaked almonds in a bowl and stir until combined.
2 Put tablespoonfuls on the prepared tray and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool.
